Individuals wishing to contribute to Judge Walczyk's re-election effort can do so by completing the online donation process, or by downloading and returning the form below. Campaign Finance laws require us to collect the name, mailing address, job title or profession, and the name of the employer for each individual whose contribution is in excess of $50 in an election cycle. The maximum contribution is $1000.00. We cannot accept donations from corporations or businesses.
